Another Major Hurricane Is Brewing in the East Atlantic

As the Gulf Coast continues to cope with the aftermath of Harvey, a new threat has emerged in the east Atlantic. Dubbed Irma, this latest storm erupted into a Category 3 hurricane yesterday afternoon--and it's still gaining steam.
